Quick Start

This quick start assumes Joomla 4, 5, or 6 with com_content categories you can assign to a module.

Install the module

Install mod_rca_timeline from Extensions, Manage, Install. Open Content, Site Modules, and click New. Select RCA Timeline from the module type list.

Assign content and layout

Set Status to Published, choose a menu assignment, and open the module Options tab. Select one or more categories (or tags), set Count, and pick a Layout style. Save and open the assigned front-end page.

Smoke test

Confirm articles appear in date order with titles and images as configured. Switch Layout to another style and reload to verify CSS loads. If styles look unstyled, clear Joomla cache and confirm media/mod_rca_timeline installed on the server.
