Refund Policy

Overview

Because RCA extensions are digital software products delivered immediately upon purchase, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

  1. Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  2. The extension does not function as described on a standard Joomla 4.4+/5.x/6.x installation with PHP 8.1+.
  3. You have contacted support and allowed a 72-hour resolution window.
  4. The extension has not been used on a live production site for more than 7 days.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind and the extension works as described
- The issue is caused by a conflict with a non-standard theme, third-party extension, or custom server configuration
- You purchased the wrong extension
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- The purchase was made as part of a bundle or sale promotion

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include: order number, email used at checkout, description of the issue, screenshots or error messages.
  3. Allow up to 3 business days for review.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RCA support will result in immediate license suspension. We encourage you to contact us first.
