Support for RCA Storefront covers package install, Product Catalog module configuration, layout rendering, and integration behavior documented in this manual. It does not cover J2Commerce catalog misconfiguration unrelated to the module, custom template design from scratch, or OS Services Booking vendor bugs inside booking calendars.
Before you email support
Collect Joomla version, PHP version, J2Commerce version, Storefront package version 1.2.5 or newer, product source mode in use, and whether RCA Conditional Products and RCA OSB to J2C Bridge are installed. Capture a screenshot of module options and the front end page URL where the symptom appears.
Reproduce after clearing Joomla cache. Many “empty module” reports are stale cache or unpublished products, not code defects.
Separate display issues from enforcement issues
If dependents look locked but checkout accepts them, fix RCA Conditional Products first and include whether J2Commerce - RCA Conditional Products is enabled. If duration is missing on cards, fix Bridge sid_map before blaming Storefront. If hold to cart fails after booking, that is Bridge path, not Product Catalog layout.
What to include in the ticket
Send module assignment details, product IDs or rule ID in use, access level of the test user, and whether SP Page Builder wraps the page. For CSS issues, note package version because 1.2.4 specifically addressed builder page stylesheet loading.
