End User License Agreement (EULA)
RCA Commercial Extensions — ReCreatingAnew (RCA)

Preamble
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of commercial RCA extensions purchased at recreatinganew.com. By installing or using any commercial RCA extension, you agree to these terms.
Open Source Note: All RCA extensions — including commercial ones — are distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+) as required by the Joomla Extension Directory. This Agreement governs the commercial license key and support services only. The GPL v2+ rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software apply regardless of whether you have a paid license. The license key grants access to automatic updates and support only.
1. License Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fee and compliance with this Agreement, RCA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the extension on the domain(s) specified in your license registration
- Receive automatic updates for the duration of your license term
- Access RCA support services

2. License Key
Your license key is issued to your account email, tied to your registered domain(s), and used to verify update eligibility. License keys must not be shared, published, or transferred without written permission from RCA.
3. Permitted Uses
- Install the extension on permitted domain(s)
- Modify source code for your own use under GPL v2+
- Receive and install updates during your entitlement period
4. Restrictions
- Do not share license keys outside your organization
- Do not use a single-site license on more domains than permitted
- Do not resell or sublicense the extension as part of a commercial product without a separate distribution agreement with RCA
- Do not claim the extension as your own original work
5. Termination
This Agreement and your license key are terminated immediately if you violate any term, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or attempt to circumvent the license system. The underlying GPL v2+ rights remain unaffected by termination.
