RCA ArrowChat is a free integration package for sites that run ArrowChat alongside Joomla. It installs the Joomla-side pieces: a small component for options and dashboard, a system plugin for frontend chat behavior, and a staff presence module. The goal is a clean bridge — not a rewrite of ArrowChat itself.
