Add a property listing

Open Components → RCA JEstate Atlas → Properties → New. Complete required fields including state, town, type, and transaction type, assign features, upload images, set published state, and save. Confirm the property appears on the assigned frontend menu item.

Expose search on the home page

Publish mod_rca_jea_search to a home or sidebar position. Set module parameters for default filters. Assign the module to the menu items where search should appear.

Highlight one listing

Use mod_rca_jea_emphasis with the property you want featured. Publish the module on landing pages where the spotlight should appear.

Import or export properties

Use Components → RCA JEstate Atlas → Gateways for native RCA JEA / JEA format import and export. There is no MLS or IDX gateway in this package.

Upgrade from legacy com_jea

Back up the database. Export from com_jea, install pkg_rca_jea_basic on staging (it does not conflict with com_jea during testing), map reference data and table prefixes, import through Gateways, then uninstall com_jea only after verification. Read CHANGELOG for Joomla 4.4.x administrator fixes.
