Support covers RCA EasySocial Compat install, patch messages, stream ownership, emoji UI, and story photo paste. It does not replace StackIdeas support for EasySocial licensing, core product bugs outside this scope, or custom template development on your site.

Before you email

Include Joomla version, EasySocial version, PHP version, Compat version, and exact error text or a screenshot of what broke. If install warned about patch targets, paste the full warning. Say whether Enable story photo paste is Yes or No and whether the old Photo Paste plugin is still installed.

After EasySocial updates

Reinstall or update Compat first, then retest before you open a ticket blaming Compat for an EasySocial overwrite that removed patches.

Updates

Free updates publish on https://recreatinganew.com public feed. Install over the existing plugin and read install messages again after every Compat or EasySocial upgrade.
