Shippable docs/manual/ set (doc-index, overview, quick start, install, configuration, FAQ, troubleshooting, support, changelog) synced with public paste sources for ecommerce and Content Uploader import.

Retail free GA: public update feed and download URLs (extensions/public/feeds/, extensions/downloads/free/). Lane moved from updating/ to retail/.
Updater bridge: Sites on 1.0.12 still use extensions/private/feeds/mod_addmenuitem.xml from the installed manifest. That private feed must publish 1.0.13 (same as public) until those sites upgrade; dev copy: dev/public/extensions/feeds/private/mod_addmenuitem.xml.

Menu item title saved from the article editor popup now preserves spaces and special characters. Input::get() used the default cmd filter, which stripped spaces and produced run-on labels.
Alias in the popup shows the content record alias verbatim; URL-safe normalisation runs only when the menu item is saved (unchanged article alias is not pre-mangled in the form).
Dynamic insert resolution uses getString(..., 'STRING') for POST text fields (including language *).
