Support covers Helix Compat install, Feature switches, Feed Factory Import2Content format behavior, and Media Bridge sync modes. It does not replace JoomShaper Helix support, Open Source Training or other vendors, or custom Feed Factory rule design for your entire catalog.

Before you email

Include Joomla version, Helix3 or Ultimate, Feed Factory version if used, Compat version, which switches are On, fill-empty versus mirror versus off, whether clear missing or body scrape ran, sample enclosure URL if format failed, and whether legacy Helix Format or Media Bridge plugins are still installed.
