Support for RCA ArrowChat covers pkg_rca_arrowchat installation, component Options, Write bridge, system plugin enablement, staff module publishing, and frontend chat load on Joomla 4 through 6. It does not cover ArrowSuites licensing, ArrowChat room design, or custom template projects unrelated to chat load.

Before you email support

Confirm ArrowChat is installed and licensed under the site root and that ArrowChat’s own admin URL works. Confirm pkg_rca_arrowchat is installed with all three child extensions present. Open Components, RCA ArrowChat, and note what the dashboard status list shows for folder, autoload, integration.php, options cache, and avatar resolver. Confirm System - RCA ArrowChat is enabled and that you tested on the frontend while logged in. If you changed Options recently, confirm you clicked Write bridge.

What to include in your message

Include your Joomla version, PHP version if you know it, the ArrowChat folder name from Options, pkg_rca_arrowchat version from Extensions manager, whether the staff module is published, and a screenshot of the RCA ArrowChat dashboard status list. Describe what you expected on the frontend and what actually happened, including whether two test accounts can see each other when friend mode should allow it.
