Support for RCA SPPB Compat covers install, feature switches, Media patches behavior, and merge migration from the old Article Checkout and Config plugins. It does not replace JoomShaper support for SP Page Builder licensing, core SPPB bugs outside this plugin’s scope, or template issues on your site.

Before you email

Collect Joomla version, PHP version, SP Page Builder version, RCA SPPB Compat version, and which feature switches are On. Say whether you migrated from Article Checkout, Config, or both. If install showed target warnings, copy the exact warning text. If Media Manager is wrong, say whether Media patches is On and whether an SP Page Builder update ran recently.

What we cannot do from one email

We cannot guess your SP Page Builder version, infer which legacy plugins are still enabled, or debug Media patches when Media patches is Off but you expected dual-root Media Manager. Send the facts first.

Free updates publish on the public feed at https://recreatinganew.com. Install newer Compat ZIPs over the existing plugin and re-check Feature switches after upgrade.
