Support covers installation of RCA OSCampus Compat and whether the documented AbstractBase patch applied and restored correctly. It does not cover full OSCampus feature support, course authoring strategy, or official OSCampus Joomla 6 readiness claims.

Before you contact support

Collect Joomla version, PHP version, OSCampus version, Compat version 1.0.2 or newer, and the exact fatal error text from lesson create or edit. Say whether the issue appeared immediately after an OSCampus update. Confirm whether AbstractBase.php.rca-orig exists on disk.

OSCampus licensing, course features, and vendor roadmap questions go to the OSCampus vendor. This plugin is an independent free Bugfix.

Updates

Install newer Compat ZIPs from https://recreatinganew.com over the existing plugin. Reinstall after every OSCampus update even when Compat version number did not change.
