RCA Auto Menu — product summary
RCA Auto Menu (plg_system_rca_automenu, element rca_automenu) is a system plugin for Joomla 4, 5, and 6. When you save a com_content article, the plugin creates or updates a site menu item so the article title appears in navigation without a manual trip through Menus. It works for normal admin saves and for Content Uploader batch imports.

What it does
On article save, the plugin picks a parent menu item, then creates a new menu link to the article or updates the existing link’s title, alias, published state, access, and language when a match already exists.
Parent selection uses, in order: documentation product-root rules (when enabled), category title matching under an optional container menu item, then optional explicit category-to-menu mapping rows.
Related tools
RCA AddMenuItem (mod_addmenuitem) adds menu items from the article edit screen on demand. Auto Menu handles saves automatically. Many sites use both.
