Quick Start

This quick start assumes Joomla 4, 5, or 6, a Pro RCA Frontpage ZIP, and published articles to display.

Install and create the module

Install mod_rca_frontpage from Extensions, Manage, Install. Open Content, Site Modules, New, and choose RCA Frontpage. Set Status to Published and assign a menu position on the home page or target menu item.

Pick a layout and content

On the Module tab, choose Basic Settings: category or tags, article count, ordering, and Layout (for example default, carousel, or masonry). Switch to the Themes tab when it appears for layout-specific options. Save and load the front end.

Smoke test

Confirm thumbnails, titles, and links render. Change Layout, save, and refresh to verify the alternate tmpl loads its CSS through Web Asset Manager.
