This quick start assumes J2Commerce is already installed with at least one published product you can point at. Storefront cannot invent products. It only displays what J2Commerce already exposes and what your module selection mode asks for.
Download pkg_rca_storefront version 1.2.5 or newer from https://recreatinganew.com after purchase. Log in as a Super User. Open System → Install → Extensions and upload the package ZIP. Confirm both lib_rca_storefront and mod_rca_product_catalog appear under Extensions.
If the installer hard-fails because J2Commerce is missing, install the shop first. Storefront is presentation on top of J2Commerce, not a replacement for it.
Open Content → Site Modules. Find RCA Product Catalog. Publish it. Assign a module position your template actually renders on a menu item you can open in the browser. Set Access so the test viewer may see the module.
Open module options. Set Product source to manual. Enter one or more numeric J2Commerce product IDs in the product IDs textarea, comma or line separated as the field accepts. Set Eligibility mode to Off. Turn Show OSB duration and Show OSB availability Off unless RCA OSB to J2C Bridge is already mapped for those products. Choose a Showcase layout such as cards. Save the module.
Open the assigned menu item. Confirm cards render with titles and prices you expect. Click through to product detail the way your shop normally routes product links. Add to cart through J2Commerce on a paid test product if you need confidence checkout still works. Storefront did not replace checkout.
After you change product IDs or selection mode, save the module, clear Joomla cache, and hard-refresh the front end page. Module output and J2Commerce product publish state both cache in ways that confuse administrators who forget this step.
Install and configure RCA Conditional Products before you depend on rule selection or lock styling. Install RCA OSB to J2C Bridge and complete sid_map rows before you enable OSB duration on cards. Storefront options for those features appear in the module, but the companion products own enforcement and booking-to-cart mapping.
