Support

Support covers plg_system_rca_themer installation, plugin options, Styles panel behavior, export workflow, and live write when you enabled it deliberately. Support does not cover full custom template design from scratch or unrelated Helix licensing from the template vendor.

Before you email support

Confirm System - RCA Themer is enabled and you tested on the frontend as Super User. Note plugin version from Extensions manager, Joomla version, active template name, and whether you use SP Page Builder or JPageBuilder on the problem page. State whether you are export-only or using live write. If you used the hosted lab, say so and confirm you pasted into custom.css and cleared cache.

What to include

Include plugin version 1.1.6 or newer as shown in Extensions manager, Joomla version, template name, page builder if relevant, export-only or live write, Custom CSS file selected in options, and what you already tried including cache clears. For live write failures, note whether Write secret and Allow live write are set and whether the refusal happened on save or on arm.
