Configuration

Options are under Content, Site Modules, your RCA Frontpage instance. The Module tab includes Basic Settings (categories, tags, featured filter, ordering, count, authors) and Layout selection. Additional fieldsets appear per layout under Themes and CSS Adjustment when applicable.

Layout

Layout chooses the tmpl design (default, collage, carousel, carousel extended, carousel big, masonry, portfolio, infinity, newsy, and others). Changing layout changes which theme subform fields are shown.

Article filters

Restrict by category, tag, featured state, author, and ordering. Count limits how many articles load per request; infinity layout may load more through ajax when configured.

Theme and CSS tabs

Each layout can expose colors, typography, animation, carousel timing, grid gaps, and hover behavior. CSS Adjustment fields map to layout-specific styles registered at runtime.

CSS Adjustment

Use the Custom CSS Code field on the layout tab when you need one-off typography or border tweaks without editing template CSS. Copy ready-made rules from RCA Frontpage CSS Snippets (typography, title accent, category bar, pill badge). Scope rules with .mfp_mid_{module id} when only one instance should change.

Advanced

Module class suffix, caching, and cache time follow standard Joomla module behavior.
