Support covers pkg_rca_feedfactory installation, Import2Content configuration, fetch and schedule behavior, plugin enablement, and Pro update feed registration. Support does not grant syndication rights for remote feeds or custom scrape projects outside Import2Content.

Before you email support

Confirm Feed Factory version from Extensions manager, Joomla and PHP versions, and whether the site uses private Pro update channel. Note one failing feed URL if relevant. Run manual fetch once and capture administrator error text or screenshot. Confirm plg_system_rca_feedfactory is enabled for scheduled workflows. State whether this is fresh install or RSS Factory Pro migration.

What to include

Include site URL, Joomla version, PHP version, Feed Factory version 6.0.19 or newer as installed, feed URL that fails, Import2Content publish and category settings summary, cron or scheduled task configuration summary, and whether Helix Compat is involved with format or Media Bridge. Attach admin error text verbatim when fetch fails.
