Support for RCA Conditional Products covers package install, rule configuration, J2Commerce plugin enforcement, and optional OSB gate behavior documented in this manual. It does not cover OS Services Booking vendor defects unrelated to gating, Bridge sid_map typos masquerading as rule bugs, or template CSS for locks when cart enforcement is disabled.
Before you email support
Collect Joomla version, PHP version, J2Commerce version, Conditional Products package version 1.0.10 or newer, whether J2Commerce - RCA Conditional Products and System - RCA Conditional Products OSB are enabled, qualifying and dependent product IDs on the rule, and the exact symptom with steps to reproduce.
Re-open the rule in admin and screenshot qualifying and dependent lists. Empty lists after save are a known historical failure mode fixed in 1.0.9; include package version if lists still drop.
Separate enforcement from display and booking map
If RCA Storefront shows locks but checkout accepts dependents, include whether the J2Commerce plugin is enabled before blaming Storefront. If hold lands wrong cart product, include RCA OSB to J2C Bridge sid_map rows before blaming Conditional Products rule titles.
What to include in the ticket
Send rule ID or title, ineligible behavior setting, eligibility cart and history toggles, order state selection if history is on, test account type guest versus customer, and cart contents when failure occurred. One reproducible path beats ten screenshots of unrelated admin pages.
